Trailer setup

Approximately 30 by 20 feet with clear vehicle access.

  • Self-sufficient power and internet
  • Weather cover built into the setup
  • Best when outdoor space is available

Indoor setup

At least 15 by 8 feet in the room where people are gathering.

  • 120V, 15-amp service
  • Venue internet required
  • Protected from weather by the venue

Give us one to two hours before the first race.

Pack-out takes about one hour after the event.

Weather

We can set up indoors or outside.

The trailer or tent provides rain cover outside. We confirm the final setup and weather plan with the venue.

Travel

25 miles from Wauwatosa is included.

Events beyond 25 miles may be available with an additional travel fee. The fee is confirmed in the quote.
